Registration Procedures

Upon receipt of the Registration Form with the appropriate payment, the Secretariat will send a registration confirmation to the registrant. If you do not receive a confirmation letter from the Secretariat 6 weeks after your mailing, please contact the Secretariat.

Please bring the registration confirmation to the on-site registration desk at the Convention Center as a proof of your payment.

Special Needs

Notes:

1. Buses for the Optional City Tours will leave for tours from the Beijing International Convention Center, and will return to the Beijing International Convention Center. The quotations include an English-speaking guide, meals if specified, air conditional coaches and admission fees.

All post-congress tours will start on September 5, 2006. All quotations include English-speaking local guide, specified meals, hotel accommodation with ABF, coach transfers for arrivals / departures / sightseeing programs with admission fees, airfare and airport construction taxes specified. It is subject to hotel incidentals and other services. Please contact the CYTS for detailed itinerary.
